The conference is hosted by the Turkish Ministry of Education, the International Research Association for Talent Development and Excellence and the Turkish Association for the Education of Talented Children. The theme of the conference is “From Early Potential to Excellence”, which focuses on learning pathways for the transformation of early potential in to adult excellence. Conference topics include talent development, intelligence, giftedness, creativity and other types of human ability.
